- Siem Reap is a popular tourist destination in Cambodia due to its close proximity to the Angkor Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The main highlight of Siem Reap is undoubtedly the Angkor complex, which boasts numerous temples and ruins, including the iconic Angkor Wat, Bayon, and Ta Prohm.
- Banteay Srei is a 10th-century temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, known for its elaborate and intricate carvings in pink sandstone.
- Phnom Penh is the capital city of Cambodia and is home to many historical and cultural sites, including the Royal Palace and the National Museum of Cambodia.
- The Mekong Delta is a vast area in southern Vietnam that is known for its fertile lands, floating markets, and unique river culture. Taking a boat trip on the Mekong River is a popular activity, allowing visitors to experience the rural and traditional way of life in the region.
- Tonle Sap Lake, located in central Cambodia, is the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia and plays a crucial role in the country's economy and ecology. Visitors can take boat tours of the lake to see floating villages and observe daily life on the water.
- The floating market in Cần Thơ is one of the largest and most famous in the Mekong Delta, where vendors sell a variety of fresh produce, street food, and handicrafts from their boats. It's a fascinating experience to witness the hustle and bustle of the market and interact with the friendly locals.

🌾 Day 1: Arrive Siem Reap in Cambodia (D)
You please book the flight with Vietnam and Cambodia visa on arrival at REP Airport, our tour guide will welcome you by transferring to the 4 star hotel in Siem Reap and let you free until our welcome dinner.

🌾 Day 2: Siem Reap - Grand Angkor Wat Cycling (B, L, D)
Angkor Wat became a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which surrounded by a lush jungle awaits us a unique temple architecture that deeply impressed you both with their incredible size and extent, but also with its intricate stone carving details. “Vietnam By Bike” will take you ride to the main facilities and visit Angkor Thom, Bayon and Angkor Wat and the Srah Srang, the “pool” of the king with mystical Ta Prohm, half sunken in green jungle and overgrown with huge trees. Our team will show you their great experience through the forest trails, around the ruined temples and get to know in deep about the grand Khmer civilization.

🌾 Day 3: Siem Riep - Bantay Srei - Siem Reap (B, L)
Today we will leave the crowds behind on a cycle ride to the small village of Rolous where we visit the temples, before continuing to a local market. After a rest and time to explore the stalls we take a boat to the floating village of Kompong Phluk. Our ride through rural Cambodia offers plenty of opportunities to once more connect with local people. The fascinating village of Kompong Phluk is built on stilts in Tonle Sap Lake. Its residents live a communal lifestyle and you will see everything from floating pig pens to young children paddling around in what looks like a bowl selling souvenirs and singing songs.
After our boat trip we enjoy a home hosted lunch where we can ask questions and learn about local cuisine as well as everyday life. In the afternoon we take our bus to visit Banteay Srey, where we collect our bikes again and cycle 25 kilometers to either East Mebon to enjoy watching the sunset, before either cycling or driving back to Siem Reap. Our total cycling distance today is approximately 56 kilometers.

🌾 Day 4: Siem Reap - Phnom Penh (B, L, D)
Today we leave the temples of Angkor behind and drive south to Phnom Penh. It's a long day in the bus today with about six to seven hours driving. On the way as well as comfort stops, we'll stop at the famous ancient bridge at Kompong Kdei. We continue on to the capital, then leave the highway and drive to Koh Dach ferry dock. From the dock, we take an excursion by local ferry along the Mekong River to Koh Dach Island where we visit a traditional Khmer weaving village. There are many handicrafts that come from this sleepy island but they are best known for silk weaving.
You will see how the villagers produce their own dyes and weave silk on old looms. Discover and learn about the traditional way of life as you cycle for about 22 km around the island. We return to our bus by the same ferry before driving the short distance on to busy Phnom Penh. Our total cycling distance today is approximately 37 kilometers.

🌾 Day 5: Historic Phnom Penh City Tour (B, L)
Phnom Penh is a lively city with many French colonial buildings and plenty to see. Angkor was Cambodia's capital city until the 1440s when it switched to Phnom Penh. Today we explore the emotive Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, formerly a high school that became the Khmer Rouge's main torture and interrogation centre; the National Museum, a treasure trove of beautifully preserved carvings and lintels rescued from Angkor; the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, all with a local guide. We then drive out of the city to the infamous Killing fields of Choeung Ek - the memorial stupa is a glass tower filled with human skulls - a gruesome reminder of the scale of Pol Pot's atrocities. No cycling today.

🌾 Day 6: Phnom Penh - Chau Doc in Vietnam (B, L, D)
After breakfast. Transfer 15km out of the busy traffic in Phnom Penh. Begin to cycle to visit Ta Prohm and Yeary Pov temples (12 century). Take a break for water and snacks before heading to Phnom Chisor to visit the hilltop 11th century temple. Enjoy riding to the Teakeo with cycling through most temples during our cycling days and overlook the scenery of the countryside of Ta Mok's house, the former general commander, and pedal toward Tinh Bien for crossing to Vietnam. Overnight in Chau Doc after dinner after a short transfer by the Vietnam support team!

🌾 Day 7: Chau Doc - Can Tho (B, L, D)
We’ll drive for about 30 km from Chau Doc town before starting today's ride. The journey takes us on flat terrain along the Vinh te Canal system which once marked the border between Vietnam and Cambodia.
At Tra Su, you visit the forest by motorized boat with its many water hyacinths and water lilies. Our ride will continue to a lovely little town on the banks of the Hau Giang River where we will spend the night. Our total cycling distance today is approximately 50 kilometers.

🌾 Day 8: Can Tho - Vinh Long (B, L, D)
This morning we’ll enjoy a boat ride to discover the bustling and vibrant floating market of Cai Rang – one of the last authentic floating markets in Indochina. We cruise further from the floating market into zig-zag canals around Can Tho to enjoy the tranquility and peaceful life along the river. Afterward, we’ll mount our bike to continue our journey towards Dong Binh Town into the lush green, jungle canopy and Khmer pagodas located in one of the most scenic areas in the Mekong Delta.
✨ After lunch, you will cycle in the surprise and delighted concrete paths when our group is greeted and welcomed by a local family where lunch will be served. This is an unforgettable experience and a great way to understand the Mekong Delta people while staying a local homestay on An Binh island. Overnight in Vinh Long’s homestay!

🌾 Day 9: Vinh Long - Ho Chi Minh City (B, L, D)
We’ll enjoy our last ride today with a cycle around the beautiful island of An Binh. The island is littered with tropical fruit orchards and as well as admiring the color and variety of fruits we will also stop to sample produce along the way. We take leave from the bikes and travel by boat to Cai Be. Back on land we’ll drive the final leg to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's largest city and most vibrant. Our total cycling distance today is approximately 30 kilometers!

If this is your favourite tour here's what you need to do to confirm your place with all departures are appear, you just select your best date you'd like to travel by clicking on "BOOK" link. Once we receipt your inquiry, one of our member will send you the full proposal with the traveler's information in details, if you request for your solo traveler, we will let you know the tour is "available" to "Guaranteed to Departure" or "Standby" to wait for more traveler joining to go ahead with the minimum 2 people are reached. If the trip will be reconfirmed guaranteed to departure, you are free to book your flight, Visa (as this advice for Vietnam Visa if you need) and make all other travel arrangements. If your child is under 16 years old, please note their birthdate in the message at the end of the booking form. All of the problems will be assisted via above hotline and general email.
🌾 DEPOSIT
For less than 5 day tour to secure the service, we require deposit 100 USD/person & for Longer 5 days Tours to guarantee your place we require a 500 USD deposit, whichever is the greater. We also require that you take out travel insurance when you book your holiday. Besides covering you during your holiday it will also enable you to claim for any money that you have paid to us, including your deposit, should you have to cancel your trip.
🌾 BALANCE
Deposit must be paid 15 days before the departure date with fees for any bicycle rental(s), single supplement(s) and extra hotel nights. Our confirmation will include personal details you provided us (including your flight information), visa application advice, a packing suggestion list and a detailed tour itinerary. It will also include a checklist to ensure you get everything ready for your holiday.
🌾 CANCELLATION POLICY
On the rare occasions when we, VietnamByBike, must cancel a trip, all payments received to date will be 100% refunded, which constitutes full settlement. There will be absolutely no deductions. If you, the client, must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to when you cancel. For full details, please read our cancellation policy.

For those who have been on several long tours with us we reward customer loyalty by offering repeat customers a special discount off the tour price (excludes single supplement and bike rental). If this is your fourth scheduled tour or more you will receive a 5% discount. If this is your eighth scheduled tour or more we will extend a 10% discount. The discount will be reflected in your online booking, but please contact us if any questions. Loyalty discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Note: Only tours of 5 days or more will be applicable for loyalty discount.
🌾 INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
International flights, to and from the start and finish points are not included in the tour price. Once your tour is Guaranteed to Depart you can book your flight. Please contact us for advice before arranging flights for the best arrival and departure times. We would only cancel a trip for an extreme circumstance, but in that case, where we cancel your trip, we cannot be liable for losses incurred relating to any flight booking you have made. Please claim any losses from your travel insurance that you acquired when you booked your holiday.
