The journey begins in the ancient city of Siem Reap, best-known for the incredible Angkor Wat temples. On the first day, cyclists will explore the temples of Angkor Wat on bicycles. This experience is simply incredible as they will have the chance to cycle around the temples, witnessing the beauty of the ancient architecture while enjoying the gentle cool breeze of the morning. After cycling around the temples, cyclists will then proceed to their first destination for the trip- the Bakheng Mountain Temple. The temple is perched atop a hill offering a panoramic view of the surrounding jungle. Cyclists will then continue cycling for the next twenty kilometers before experiencing the magnificent sunset at Srah Srang, a reservoir that was once part of the city’s water system.
